Terms of Service

By using JSA Craziness ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use the Platform.

The Platform reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of any material changes via email or in-platform notification.

The Platform and its AI tools must be used responsibly and ethically. Users agree to:

• Use the Platform for lawful purposes only in accordance with Saudi Arabian regulations.
• Not create content that violates Islamic Sharia or Saudi cultural values.
• Not use the Platform to create misleading, fraudulent, or defamatory content.
• Comply with the Anti-Cyber Crime Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/17).
• Not attempt to breach or disrupt Platform systems or infrastructure.

It is strictly prohibited to use the Platform's AI tools to generate:

• Content offensive to Islam or other Abrahamic religions.
• Content that threatens national security or public order.
• Pornographic or sexually explicit content.
• Content inciting violence, hatred, or discrimination.
• Content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
• Deepfake technology for malicious or misleading purposes.
• Content impersonating individuals or government entities.

Intellectual property rights related to the Platform and generated content are governed by Saudi Authority for Intellectual Property (SAIP) regulations:

• Platform Ownership: All IP rights of the Platform including source code, design, and trademarks are owned by JSA Craziness and protected under the Copyright Protection Law and Trademark Law.
• AI-Generated Content: Users retain usage rights for content generated through Platform tools, noting that AI-generated content may not qualify for traditional copyright protection under current legal interpretations.
• License: By creating content through the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use the content for service improvement and display in the Platform gallery (unless you opt for privacy).
• Patents: Any technical innovations developed in the Platform are protected under Saudi Patent Law.

Platform services are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of AI-generated content for any specific purpose.
• Users are fully responsible for reviewing and verifying any generated content before use.
• The Platform is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of generated content.
• In all cases, our liability shall not exceed the total amounts paid by you during the preceding twelve months.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saudi Arabia:

• Any dispute arising from Platform use is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Saudi Arabia.
• Disputes should first be resolved amicably by contacting our support team within 30 days before resorting to litigation.
• Arbitration under the Saudi Arbitration Law may be pursued as an alternative to litigation.
